How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to process your order and have it ready to ship within 3-5 days. Should any delays arise, we will notify you immediately.
How safe are the teethers?
The design of the teethers has been independently tested to ensure it is safe. The way they are made ensures the beads should not come loose, if this should happen- they won't all detach from the cord. It is important to check the teether before use to ensure the cord shows no sign of fraying.
What are the teethers made with?
All of our silicone products are made from high quality, 100% food grade silicone, are FDA approved and are free from BPA, Lead, Cadmium, Phthalates, PVC and Latex.
Food grade silicone is a non-toxic type of silicone that doesn’t contain any chemical fillers or by products, making it safe for use within food.

How can I clean the teether?
The teethers can simply be wiped with a baby wipe or damp cloth and left to dry.
How long does delivery take?
We ship using Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class. For large orders, we use DPD.
